Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic leadership and school development

-Develop and implement school development strategies to ensure compliance with international education standards (e.g. IB, AP, A-Level).

-Promote the international brand building of the school and enhance its global competitiveness.

  1. Academic management and teaching quality

-Supervise the implementation of curriculum systems (such as IBDP, AP, IGCSE) to ensure academic rigor and innovation.

-A team of leading teachers who regularly assess the quality of teaching and promote professional development (such as official IB training).

  1. Student management and all-round development

-Create an inclusive campus culture that supports students’ academic, social and emotional development.

-Promote extracurricular activities (such as Model United Nations, international competitions, community service) to foster global citizenship.

-Ensure campus safety and compliance with international certification requirements (such as CIS,WASC).

  1. External cooperation and community relations

-Maintain good communication with parents, alumni, international organizations (such as College Board, IBO) and embassies.

-Expand international cooperation programs (such as overseas university direct line, exchange student program).

Job Requirements:

  1. Master degree or above, education management, international education or related fields (Ed.D. or Ph.D. is preferred);
  2. At least 5 years experience in education industry, including at least 1 year experience in senior management of international schools (such as vice principal, academic director);
  3. Familiar with the operation and evaluation of at least one international curriculum system (IB,AP, A-Level);
  4. Fluent English (e.g. IELTS 7.5+/TOEFL 110+);
  5. Able to motivate multicultural teams and handle cross-departmental collaboration;
  6. Understand the educational needs of students/families in different countries;
  7. Properly handle emergencies (such as public opinion and student safety incidents).

School Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Based on students ‘personality and characteristics, comprehensively understand and explore students’ potential, and provide professional personalized college guidance services for them;
  1. Responsible for sorting out the college entrance process of various countries and regions, and formulating a perfect college entrance plan;
  1. Regularly conduct college entrance guidance and training for teachers and students;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Course development and optimization, integration of interdisciplinary resources. Lead the planning, design and implementation of STEM curriculum system to ensure compliance with national or international standards (such as NGSS, Common Core, etc.);

  1. Teaching management and supervision. Guide the teacher team to improve the quality of STEM teaching, organize regular teaching activities and teacher training. Supervise course evaluation,optimize teaching effect through data analysis;

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching and curriculum development

-Design and teach drama courses covering acting, directing, script analysis, stage design, history of drama, etc.

-Use of multiple teaching methods (such as practical workshops, improvisation, project-based learning).

  1. Performance and event management.
